Are you nursing back pain, hip, joint pain? Are your knees keeping you from working out and doing what you love? Maybe it’s your shoulder?
Allow me to help you. So many of us have ‘weak links’. Sedentary is not an option and yet pain is slowing you down. Motion is lotion and I can help you get back to pain free movement.
Pain can lead to disuse, which leads to muscle atrophy, which can lead to a true disability.
As an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, I am here to help you having been affected by back, shoulder, and/or knee pain. Whether you are hindered by muscle imbalances or musculoskeletal disorders, together we can restore function with orthopedic exercise rehabilitation. After an extensive assessment, I can design an exercise program that incorporates appropriate progressions and strategies to improve movement, avoid injury and boost function.
Together we can help you avoid surgery. I will work with your physician and or your physical therapist. Too often after we have been released from our physician or physical therapist, we abandon the exercises and therapy they recommended. Our pain increases again, and we find ourselves skipping workouts.
No need to do that anymore. Let’s address that weak link and make you strong and fit again! When you feel good, you look good too!
Already had surgery? No worries. Allow me to help you. Once you’ve been released from your physician and physical therapist, I can help you reclaim your youthful energetic self, safely! It can happen and it can happen safely. We all need direction and motivation.
To add to the knowledge I have as a Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and general fitness trainer, I too have been where you are. I’ve two major back/neck surgeries behind me. I know what it means to be athletic and fit and to lose it all to severe pain and loss of mobility. I have come back. Often, it is ‘slow and steady wins the race’. Left to our own devices, it takes much longer or does not happen at all. Let’s not let that happen to you.
You can do it as well. You must follow the advice of your physician and physical therapist. After that it’s up to you. I had help and direction and a wonderful cheerleader to support me. Allow me to help you with direction and motivation.Contact Me
